Wine is the reason we started Praelum.

Our walk-in cellar houses about 1000 bottles of carefully procured wine. Each bottle is tasted by our sommeliers and is ever-changing. Expect new wines being added every single time you step into Praelum.

Internationally & locally recognised by publications like Star Wine List and Wine & Dine, we’re proud to offer not just depth, but quality & access. Along with Coravin™, you’ll also find a rotating selection of fine and rare wines by the glass, sourced from some of the best importers in Singapore.

Our Sommeliers are always ready to guide, recommend, or simply chat about what’s in your glass. Explore our Wine Flights — bespoke journeys of 3 to 5 wines, from random tastings to thematic adventures. Perfect for explorers, learners, or anyone who just loves a good pour.

Our Sommeliers are happy to advise you on the availability of wines available by the bottle, by the glass or simply just a tasting.

Wine was always meant to co-exist with food.

Praelum’s food menu has developed over the years to cover a range of classics found in our wine travels from all over the world – essentially a collection of some of our Sommeliers’ favourite dishes executed by our ever-accommodating Chef Tan and the kitchen team.

Each plate is designed to complement a glass (or bottle), with our Sommeliers happy to explain the inspiration & origin.
