An intimate collaboration tasting with Millon Wines x KMA x Praelum, bringing South Australian wines a little closer.
Angus Wardlaw was born in a respected wMillon Wines x KMA x Praelumears of experience and a minimalist approach to Millon Wines that focuses on simplicity, authenticity, and honest expression from vine to glass. For this afternoon, Angus will be hosting the tasting personally, guiding guests through each wine and the story behind it. These wines have been paired with canapé versions of dishes from Praelum’s own menu, allowing each bottle to sit across different flavours, textures, and styles of food. With 8 wines and 4 pairing dishes, it’s an afternoon to taste, listen, and get to know South Australia through Angus’ lens.

In the intro sessions, participants learn the international sommelier tasting grid, exploring wines and varietals while assessing appearance, aroma, and palate to identify varietal, region, and vintage. The advanced level adds 8 focused classes on grape families, helping participants recognise traits and sharpen their tasting skills.
6–9 wines per session, 75ml each, approx 180mins.

We do Private Wine Classes from Regional or Thematic, with different topics to choose from. Regional Topics include: France, Italy, USA, China or more regions to choose from.
