The food in Praelum has developed over the years to cover a range of classics found in our wine travels from all over the world. Predominantly European with French techniques, the menu is essentially a collection of some of our Sommeliers’ favorite dishes executed by the ever-accomodating Chef Tan and his kitchen team. Look out for the monthly specials – featuring dishes found in a particular wine growing country or region.
